Shipping
WinkBeds: According to WinkBeds, mattresses ship free via ground delivery within the contiguous US, compressed in a box to the ground-level door (installation and carrying upstairs aren't included). Because each bed is built to order, WinkBeds says delivery typically takes about one to two weeks. WinkBeds does not ship internationally.
Tommie Copper: According to Tommie Copper, mattresses arrive compressed in a shipping box via FedEx or UPS with contactless delivery, and standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more to the contiguous US.
Returns & trial
WinkBeds: WinkBeds offers a 365-night risk-free trial on orders placed after October 22, 2026. WinkBeds asks that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights first. If you return it, WinkBeds arranges a free pickup and a full refund, with no restocking or return shipping fees. Exchanges for a different firmness carry a $49 fee and come with a new 60-night trial. The trial is limited to one mattress per customer and shipping address. Frames, bases, sheets and protectors aren't covered by the trial.
Tommie Copper: Tommie Copper offers a 100-Night Sleep Guarantee. Sleep on the mattress for 30 days; if you decide during the remaining nights that it isn't right, Tommie Copper arranges pickup and a full refund. One comfort exchange is allowed per order, and the guarantee period still counts from the date the original order arrived. The mattress must be free from stains, soiling or other damage. Tommie Copper limits the guarantee to three items per household per year.
